I understand that the VenueFinder service is free of charge to the hirer, and I agree to inform CCI Australia by email of any booking I make with a venue as a result of using this service. CCI Australia makes no claims as to the suitability or otherwise of a conference centre or camp that responds to your enquiry. It is the hirers responsibility to ensure that the centre will meet the hirers needs prior to finalizing a booking. Privacy Statement CCI Australia will use the information provided to VenueFinder to process your enquiry by forwarding your request to all centres that meet your criteria. Those centres are not permitted to store the data for use other than servicing this enquiry unless you, through further enquiry or by making a booking, initiate that further contact. Please report any breaches of this requirement to privacy@cciaus.org.au. CCI Australia will only keep your details on file for the purposes of processing this enquiry unless you indicate a willingness to receive details of other services that might be of interest to group leaders arranging residential group events by ticking the appropriate box on the request form.
